- Bulk Dig Crimscott Street – Thames materials working alongside Oliver Connell successfully completed the removal of 6000m3 from a tight site within the agreed timescales.
- Bulk dig at Battersea Power Station – MPB Structures, Completed (Quantity: 45,000 m3)
- Bulk dig in Stratford – Thames Materials working alongside Get Jar have successfully completed on time a complex dig eleven metres below ground level
- Bulk dig in SOHO House in Shoreditch – Thames Materials worked with Patterson Construction on this project

- Bulk Excavation at Chelsea Manor Street – Thames Materials removed 20000m3 working alongside Getjar.
- Camden Care Homes – Kier London Completed July 2011 – Removal of 5000m3 of inert spoil, working to levels agreed with Kier and our engineer, laying of piling mat to agreed levels, all ready for the piling rig. Works completed ahead of schedule in 2 weeks
- Green County Developments – Roedean Crescent Roehampton Oct 2010 -Removal of onsite demolition materials and then the bulk excavation of a two level basement working to agreed levels with the client. Completed on schedule.
